Negroni for the Red Queen Stag Beetle pocket square

I propose a toast to all the Queens out there, nuff said lets make a drink! 

 

To make this drink you will need:

• 1 litre of sass: (Not available in supermarkets) 
• 25ml Dry Gin: (I used Rock Rose)
• 25ml Campari: (If your not into bitter drinks then swap this for Aperol)
• 25ml Red Vermouth: (I used Carpano Antica) 

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a rocks glass with a generous amount of ice, stir for 30 seconds and garnish with orange peel. 

Sit back and enjoy!
