A Rusty Nail for our sustainable notebooks

This drink is guaranteed to help warm you up on a cold day and get those creative ideas flowing so you can write a masterpiece over the Christmas period. We are dedicating the Rusty Nail cocktail to our notebooks made using silk offcuts from our scarf production.

Rusty Nail

To make this drink you will need:

• 50ml Blended Scotch. (I used Monkey shoulder)
• 15 Drambuie.
• 10ml Kings Ginger. (this is an optional ingredient, if you can get hold of any just use 25ml of Drambuie)

Instructions:

Place all above ingredients into a rocks glass or brandy tumbler. Add ice and stir for roughly 20 seconds. Garnish with a lemon or an orange peel.
