Happy Sunday FunDay to you all. Today we are going to make a simple drink for you because Sundays are for being lazy. The drink is inspired by our pink Dancing Jellyfish scarf which is based on the beautiful sea creatures discovered by the brilliant Ernst Haeckel during his time on HMS Challenger.

Pink Rhubard gin and tonic

To make this drink you will need:

• 50ml Warner Edwards Rhubarb Gin. (there are no other options!)  
• 100ml Fever Tree aromatic tonic: (you can use normal tonic and two dashes of Angostura bitters)

Instructions:

Place all ingredients into your rocks glass, fill with four cubes of ice and stir for 20 seconds.

Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit.
